Rosa's Traditional Peruvian Food in southwest Bakersfield is closed following a routine inspection on Monday, the Kern County Health Department announced.
In the report, inspectors noted overall "poor food handling practices and overall food establishment and sanitation" issues. Health officials also said food and refrigeration units were not at the proper temperatures.

The restaurant, located at 3220 Stine Road, earned a 62 percent rating during Monday's inspection and will remain closed until it can earn at least an 80 percent rating.
