More than 100 Starbucks employees gathered at Yokuts Park for a day dedicated to team building on Wednesday.
Everyone from baristas to regional mangers danced and joined in for some friendly co-worker competitions and dressed up to take selfies.
There were also booths for employees to give some feedback on their stories and information about Starbucks' benefits.
The picnic in the park was created as an 'Employee Appreciation Day'.
But it wasn't all fun and games. Employees also used the events as an opportunity to hold a canned food drive.
"To see you know almost 200 partners come out...and friends and family...and want to give back to their community, it's just incredibly inspiring," said Gina Hurstak, regional director of Starbucks.
Employees raised 138 pounds of food and all of the canned goods that were collected will be sent to the Kern County Food Bank.
