State Route 99 will be closed at State Route 46 Sunday December 17 in Kern County from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. to replace power lines, according to California Transit.
The detour will utilize the on-ramps and off-ramps at State Route 46 to navigate around the closure.
