Californians will help decide if the state should legalize recreational marijuana this November.
The measure will allow voters to decide whether or not people 21 and older can buy an ounce of marijuana at licensed retail outlets.
The measure would also allow people to grow up to six pot plants for personal use.
State officials estimate the measure would raise as much as $1 billion per year in revenue and reduce public safety costs by tens of millions of dollars.
