BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – One of the brothers accused of a deadly shooting in Northeast Bakersfield is expected in court today for a preliminary hearing.

Joel Quintero and his brother, Victor, are accused of shooting and killing Eddie Castro in March after they got into an altercation at a Fastrip on Fairfax Road.

Joel is scheduled to be in court at 8:30 a.m. this morning.
