OILDALE, Calif. -- A man is now in custody after leading KCSO on a chase in Oildale last night.

The driver, 41-year-old Jerry Walker, ignored a stop sign and led the deputy on a brief pursuit through the area.

Walker lost control of his car at the railroad crossing on Roberts Lane at Castaic Avenue, leading to a rollover. He was immediately taken into custody and transported to a hospital. He was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

KCSO discovered approximately 3 ounces of suspected meth. Walker was arrested and is facing several charges including felony evading and resisting arrest.
