A man arrested in October 2015 for allegedly shooting a man at Alta Sierra Ski Resort took a plea deal in court Thursday.
Bobbie Dale Rhynes pled no contest to voluntary manslaughter and the charge of second degree murder was dismissed.
Rhynes was arrested with two others for the murder of Carl Woolwine. Woolwine was found dead in a shallow grave from a gunshot wound.

Rhynes bail has been set at $1 million. He will be sentenced June 22.
