BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Wednesday, Jan. 27 there was a fire reported at the Walmart in Southwest Bakersfield just after 7 a.m.
That same morning, just before 10 a.m., the Bakersfield Police Department responded to a fire at Ross Dress for Less on Ming Ave.
Both fires were extinguished before BFD arrived.
It has been reported that the BFD Investigations Unit has one suspect in custody, who they believe to be responsible for both fires.
