Five charges have been dismissed, including murder and two attempted murder charges in the deadly shooting at a pot shop in July 2017.

According to court documents, Rudolph Gibson has plead no contest to two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm. 

Troy Sanders, the other defendant in the case was convicted in June and was sentenced in August to 113 years.

Gibson's sentencing is set for October 24, 2018.
