Suspect in San Bernardino elementary school shooting arrested in Kern County in the past

The suspect in Monday morning’s shooting at an elementary school in San Bernardino has been arrested in Kern County previously.

Cedric Charles Anderson, 53, was charged with battery with serious bodily injury and battery on a person in 1993.

The charges were dismissed a few months later.

Three were killed in the shooting, including an 8-year-old student.
