Police are looking for a suspect wanted for a recent commercial burglary to a business and attempted forgery.
The incident happened on March 2 at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union off Ming Avenue near Stine Road.
The suspect attempted to cash a stolen check at the business.
The suspect is Derek Haley. He is described as a 6’ tall white male, and about 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the Bakersfield and Shafter areas.
