In a Facebook post, Taft Veterinary Hospital said a woman named Julia is reportedly selling puppies with the forged vaccination papers. The veterinary hospital states that the puppies appear to be sick, even though the woman is allegedly telling buyers that they are vaccinated.

The post asks people to be cautious and includes pictures of both the real and fake records.
