TAFT, Calif. — Inmates housed at the Taft Correction Institution's Minimum Security Satellite Camp is under a medical quarantine after a scabies outbreak.

Last week the facility reported that visitation has been temporarily suspended until further notice.

The Taft Correctional Institution is reportedly working closely with the Bureau of Prisons’ medical department to monitor and provide treatment for any suspected cases.
