Pandemic, look what you made Taylor Swift do. It's OK, she'll shake it off with a new album.
T-Swift announced Thursday morning that, in the midst of the pandemic, she's been able to work on a new album.
Swift posting on Facebook, saying, "Most of the things I had planned this summer didn’t end up happening, but there is something I hadn’t planned on that DID happen. And that thing is my 8th studio album, folklore. Surprise 🤗Tonight at midnight I’ll be releasing my entire brand new album of songs I’ve poured all of my whims, dreams, fears, and musings into."
In the post, Swift mentions a handful of other artists who she collaborated with to be able to put out the album. She mentions Aaron Dessner, Bon Iver, William Bowery and Jack Antonoff as artists who helped on the album.
Her "folklore" album will be released at midnight Eastern Time, which means it will be available on the West Coast at 9 p.m.
