Bakersfield police detectives have arrested a teen and two adults on murder charges.
On March 4, detectives contacted subjects in the 700 block of Pacheco Road.
They were identified as being involved in the homicide which occurred in the 5200 block of Gaylene Avenue on 3-3-16.
A 17-year-old juvenile and 2 adults identified as Spencer Rhines, 22 and Isaiah Fontana, 20, were arrested for conspiracy, murder and gang participation.
The Bakersfield Police Department would like to thank the community members that provided information in this case. Without their willingness to come forward, arrests may not have been possible. This was a perfect example of how collaboration between the community and police department is effective in solving crime and bringing offenders to justice
