On Monday, February 15, 2016 at 3:16 p.m. officers of the Bakersfield Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Madison Ave and Watts Drive. During a subsequent search of the vehicle a loaded firearm was located and seized.

The occupants of the vehicle, Terrance Wiley, 22, and a 17 year old male juvenile were arrested for firearm and gang related charges.
