There was a rumor circulating across social media proclaiming In-N-Out would be coming to Tehachapi. 23ABC is deeply sorry to report that these rumors are false.

According to Carl Arena, Vice President of Real Estate & Development for In-N-Out, the restaurant chain is not currently pursuing anything or working on any specific projects in Tehachapi at this time. The Tehachapi Planning Department also confirmed the news, calling it "an urban myth/social media rumor."
