Terry Turner arrested in Lancaster almost two years after his alleged involvement in a shooting

Bakersfield Police officers and federal agents with the Department of Homeland Security have arrested Terry Donnell Turner nearly two years after he was identified as a suspect in a shooting.

On December 2, 2015, a man's vehicle was struck by gunfire, causing him to crash into a cinder block wall. Turner was named as a suspect, along with Lamar Dwayne Williams. Williams turned himself in on December 16, 2015.

On October 14, 2017, BPD officers and federal agents arrested Turner in Lancaster just after 2:30 p.m. He was taken into custody without incident, and was arrested on an outstanding warrant for attempted murder, conspiracy, weapons charges and gang participation.
