In the call, the woman tells the dispatcher that someone stuck their finger in a frozen turkey and now it won't come out. The dispatcher asks if she's joking, to which the caller replies that it is definitely not a joke.
The call ends with the dispatcher connecting the caller with the fire department. Hopefully your Thanksgiving doesn't end like this caller's!
