Measure N on the November 8th ballot is for the Bakersfield City School District.

The district is seeking $110 million to build new schools and upgrade aging facilities. 

If Measure N were to pass with 55 percent of the vote, taxpayers would pay approximately $27 a year to help with these upgrades and expansion.
