Bakersfield, CA. - The Bakersfield Police Department has finished investigating a deadly car crash in Southwest Bakersfield.
The incident took place Wednesday night at 11:11 p.m. at the intersection of Hosking Avenue and Hughes Lane, according to BPD. Officials revealed that a driver going westbound on Hosking Ave turned in front of motorist driving eastbound on Hosking Ave, causing them to crash.
The adult male driver who is believed to have caused the crash died at the scene. An adult female driver, and another male passenger from the second car were taken to Kern Medical with minor injuries.
