On November 6, 2016, around 12:25 a.m., Bakersfield Police Department officers went to 4901 South Union Avenue regarding a robbery.

A customer shared that she offered the suspects less than $5 to giver a ride across town. As she went to grab her money, one suspect grabbed the money from her hand. All the suspects fled in a white van.

The woman attempted to hold on to one of the suspects, which caused her to be dragged by the vehicle. The victim sustained minor injuries during the assault.
