BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A social media post threatening violence at North High School on Wednesday, May 29, has been deemed "non-credible."
The Kern County High School District confirmed to 23ABC News that the high school was told Tuesday night about a post online that included a threat to the campus.
Law enforcement was contacted and investigators determined that the post had previously been investigated and was deemed non-credible.
KHSD says classes were expected to run as regularly scheduled, but additional security would be on campus just in case.
