UPDATE (Feb. 17, 2017, 2:32 p.m.): According to Caltrans, the rock slide has been cleared and all lanes have been reopened.

Even though the boulder was cleared, traffic is still slow in the Grapevine area heading southbound. Be cautious when driving through the area. Winds are still a factor, as well as the rain.

According to California Highway Patrol, there is a rock slide blocking the right three lanes of southbound Interstate 5, just north of Fort Tejon.
There is also a large rock in the slow lane.
