Three men are in jail this morning on conspiracy charges. Bakersfield Police arrested Daniel Gutierrez, Sonny Villa and Jesus Perez around 10:30pm last night. When officers searched the car, they found a loaded handgun. All three men face gun charges. Gutierrez was also arrested for a DUI.
