Early Thursday morning, Bakersfield police were flagged down on Monica Street and shown subjects spray painting graffiti. The officers found three adult suspects vandalizing a building in the area and found the suspects were in possession of spray paint and a loaded semi-automatic firearm.
Guillermo Soto, 18, Jose Iniguez, 18, and Jacob Garcia, 18, were arrested for gang participation, vandalism, firearm possession and conspiracy.
