TK Pizza is Tehachapi has reopened after being closed by the Department of Public Health because of multiple health issues. 

The restaurant reopened with a B rating. 

On May 7th Public Health closed the restaurant after observing the walk-in refrigerator had raw hamburger and sausage leaking onto the floor. The report details there was also sewage overflowing outside the building and inside in floor sinks. The restaurant's freezer was above the required temperature, causing the food stored inside to be soft to touch, according to the report. The raw frozen chicken was at 37 degrees.

The inspection scored a 55%. Earlier inspections from 2018 and 2017 both totaled in the 90% to 100% range.
