Three people, including a three-year-old girl, are recovering after they were shot in Central Bakersfield last night.
According To Bakersfield Police the shooting happened just before 11 p.m. on the 300 block of Donna Ave.
Family members tell 23ABC that the bullets went through the house and reached as far back as the family’s backyard. A truck parked in front of the home was also struck by bullets.
A three-year-old little girl, an 18-year-old girl and a woman in her thirties are among the victims.
Family members tell 23ABC that both the toddler and teen suffered gunshot wounds to their legs.
The woman was grazed by a bullet.
All three victims were released from the hospital this morning and are at home recovering.
The shooting is currently under investigation.
No arrests have been made and detectives have yet to release suspect information, but witnesses are describing the suspect vehicle as an older model truck.
