BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Final striping operations will be underway at the new Highway 43, Stockdale Highway roundabout next week. The work will be performed during nighttime hours June 15 through June 18, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., each night.

The intersection will be fully closed June 15-16.

Drivers will need to use either Rosedale Highway or Panama Lane to travel to and from I5 while work is underway.

Highway 43 will also be closed to through traffic between Rosedale Highway and Panama Lane.

North-south drivers can detour around the work area via I-5.

Striping operations on June 17-18 will require traffic control.

These operations affect all directions of travel.
