BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The contractor for the Belle Terrace Operational Improvements project will be conducting traffic control on Wible Road between Stockdale Highway and Belle Terrace on May 20.

Flagging personnel will need to stop vehicles for up to five minutes at a time from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Traffic control is needed to allow for slope paving beneath the new northbound State Route 99 to eastbound State Route 58 connector bridge.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes or allow extra time to reach their destinations if they must travel along this section of Wible Road during this time period.
