UPDATE (6:42 am): Crash has been cleared. Normal traffic flow has resumed. 

UPDATE (6:28 am): Traffic is running at about 14 mph between White Ln. and Ming Ave. 

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- In the area of White Lane on the 99, it looks clear. But, traffic becomes stop-and-go as drivers approach a crash near Ming Avenue.

According to CHP, the slow lane is blocked due to the accident on CA-99 Northbound at Exit 23 Ming Avenue.

So far, only minor injuries have been reported.
