Two lanes are closed on Southbound I-5 after a big-rig caught on fire Wednesday afternoon, according to a tweet from Caltrans District 7.
Officials say that the traffic is backed about three miles on SB I-5 at Lake Hughes Road while a cleanup is being conducted. Lanes are expected to reopen around 9 p.m.
