Northbound 99 near California backed up due to a crash Tuesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a crash was reported just after 5:45 a.m. Tuesday.
The bypass lane on the Northbound 99 has been shut down and traffic is backed up all the way to White Lane, according to CHP Officer Robert Rodriguez.
