KERN COUNTY, Calif. — UPDATE (4/9/2019 10:18 p.m.): According to the CHP Incident Page, two lanes have reopened. The number one lane remains closed as they work to clear the scene.

An overturned Semi-truck is blocking lanes on Southbound I-5 near Frazier Mountain Park Road, according to the California Highway Patrol Incident Page.
The page shows that a call came in around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday night and that the accident is blocking three lanes of the four lanes. There is no word yet on how many vehicles may have been involved or if there are any injuries.
