CHP officials received reports at around 2:27 p.m. Saturday of a traffic collision on Northbound I-5 just south of Grapevine Rd.
According to CHP's website, the crash involved a black SUV and a black truck. That SUV was resting on the guardrail of NB I-5.
Officials also reported moderate rain in the area.
So far, officials have not closed any lanes at this time but there are reports of the crash slowing down traffic.
Officials are meeting to evaluate the patients and their conditions.
