CHP officials received reports at around 11:51 am Friday of a vehicle vs semi crash on SR184 at Mountain View Rd. 

According to CHP's traffic website, white Lexus collided with a semi truck.

Officials said that the vehicle was on fire and the driver was unconscious. 

CHP officials are reporting major injuries and the driver was taken to Kern Medical Center.

The semi truck driver was not hurt.

The southbound traffic is said to be blocked.

Officials are planning to close southbound Weedpatch Highway as of result.

No other details were released.
