Trouts, the iconic Oildale bar, has sold.

Local broker, Alex Balfour with Cushman and Wakefield, confirmed to 23ABC on Thursday that the building was sold to a medical group who plans to convert the building into a medical office. 

The hunt is still on for the famous Trout's sign. One of Bakersfield's well-known landmarks went missing last year.

Trout's was on N. Chester Avenue and Decatur Street.
