UPDATE (Dec. 2, 2016, 5:23 p.m.): According to California Highway Patrol, this was a incident involving a chase and a crash.

A woman crashed her truck into a building and then got out and hid inside. KCSO deputies used canines to locate her and she was taken into custody.
