Two CHP officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing following a Lamont shooting from January

Posted
A pair of California Highway Patrol officers, who shot a suspect on Weedpatch Highway in Lamont in Janaury, have been cleared by a sheriff's office investigation.

The sheriff's office ruled Officers Rosa Archer and Rodney Black were justified in the shooting of Joshua Bispo.

The investigation shows that back in January, the officers tried pulling over Bispo, but he didn't stop.

That's when they opened fire on him.

Bispo died later at a local hospital.
