BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is still looking for any suspects involved in a shooting that left two people dead in South Bakersfield.
According to BPD officers responded to Custer Avenue near the Valley Plaza Mall just after 7:30 Sunday Night. When they arrived they found two people, a man and woman both suffering from major injuries. Both were transported to a local hospital where they died.
No arrests have been made.
