BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — There are two major power outages being reported in Kern County affecting a combined 1500 customers.

One of the outages is being reported in Pumpkin Center and is affecting over 1300 customers. PG&ER is currently investigating the cause of the outage and do not have an estimated restoration at this time.

Another outage is being reported in Oildale and is affected 200 customers off of Hwy 65. There is a PG&E crew in route to this outage to assess the cause.
