Two men were arrested early Wednesday morning after police confronted a group of three near Robinson Street and Lake street in East Bakersfield.
According to Bakersfield Police, officers approached the men around 12:45 a.m. and that's when the men ran from police tossing a gun.
33-year old Jose Arias and 35-year old Alejandro Soto were taken into custody and the gun was determined to be stolen.
Both men face firearm, conspiracy receiving stolen property and gang related charges.
