Two men had attempted murder and other charges dismissed in connection with their involvement in a shooting outside Chuck E. Cheese earlier this year.
According to court records, 30-year-old Brent Pratt and 27-year-old Melton Smith both pled no contest to gang charges in exchange for the dismissal of attempted murder and other charges.
The shooting left three men injured.
Derrick Fench and Jazdion Gabriel, both 29, remain charged with attempted murder and other crimes in the April 9 shooting, and their trial is scheduled to begin December 12.
