BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Thursday night BPD responded to Kohl’s, 9400 Rosedale Highway, regarding reports of a subject entering the business armed with a firearm.
When officers got there, two involved suspects fled in a car traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Rosedale Highway.
The suspects led officers on a vehicle pursuit.
The chase ended when the suspect hitting a parked car.
Suspects have been identified as 40-year-old David Terrill and 28-year-old Gary Mills. They fled on foot but were eventually caught.
A fake firearm was found in the car.
Both Terril and Mills were arrested for attempted robbery, resisting officers and other charges.
