Congratulations are in order for U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Justin M. Moore who recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas.

According to a news release, Moore completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles.

Moore earned four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. He is also a 2012 graduate of Redwood High School in Visalia and earned a bachelor's degree in 2017 from California State University Fresno.

Moore is the son of Ana and Mitchell Moore of Visalia.
