U.S. Air Force Airman Jessie Torres graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas, according to a Joint Hometown news release.
Torres completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values and physical fitness.
He is also a recent graduate of Arvin High School.
