BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Highway 58 is experiencing flooding under the Union Avenue overcross, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident website.
Multiple vehicles were stuck shortly after 3 p.m., according to the website, which does not clarify if they have been towed from the water as of yet.
Union Avenue and Highway 58 on-and-off ramps are now closed, according to CHP.
Flooding is also affecting traffic on Brundage Lane, west of Union Ave.
Additional closures may follow.
