UPDATE (7:32 a.m.): Public Health says the chemicals that were found are illegally dumped pesticides. Environmental Health is still on scene to help with cleanup and removal.

Kern Public Health sent out a tweet around 7 a.m. showing bottles of chemicals in the area of Cherry and Burbank.
It's not known what the chemicals are.
