UPDATE (9:20 a.m.): The Husky Bread Bandit has been caught. 

The Shafter Police Department posted an update on Facebook on Friday morning saying the Husky, along with an accomplice had been caught after returning to Dollar General on Thursday night.

An unlikely suspect robbed a Dollar General on Lerdo Highway on Wednesday.

A husky shoplifted a loaf of bread around 9:20 p.m. and escaped out the front doors.
