BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Congratulations to U.S. Air Force Airman Bryan Caldera of Shafter who graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas.

The graduate completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Caldera is the son of Reynaldo Caldera and Mayra Solorzano and graduated from Shafter High School in 2016.
